As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently, showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. On occasion you may work with other product lines from other companies in stores that you service.

• Hourly rate $13.25–$15.25, depending on skills and experience.
• Eligible for annual pay increases.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours 4–10.
• Availability to work before and after major holidays, including weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products inside and outside the Hallmark department. Communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and complete required merchandising surveys. Professional interaction with store employees, management, and customers is vital. You are responsible for the entire Hallmark display at assigned stores.
• Holiday support: Because Hallmark operates around seasonal demand, you may receive additional days and extended hours during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. In some cases you may work on the holiday itself, including weekends.
• Department resets: Occasionally work as part of a team to install or relocate Hallmark fixtures, move card departments, and reset card sections. Typically notified two weeks in advance; may include evenings or weekends.
• One‑team vision: You belong to Hallmark’s field organization and support other merchandisers as needed within your territory.

This role is physically demanding. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, consistently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 lb, sometimes up to 50 lb. You must kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day, and you may need to climb stairs and step ladders.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Physically able to lift, carry, and move products up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the Internet.
• Reliable transportation to and between assigned stores.
