Stock Clerk – Grocery:
Day Shift

Responsibilities:

• Stocks and straightens merchandise and supplies.
• Rotates merchandise as necessary according to product expiration dates.
• Receives and unloads truck deliveries using available equipment and according to established guidelines.
• Performs basic housekeeping duties using available equipment (mops, brooms, floor scrubbing and buffing machines, etc.).
• Operates all required tools and equipment in a safe manner except when restricted due to age.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Standing and/or walking at a rapid pace for extended periods of time to perform job functions.
• Will be in charge of the store’s Hispanic section.
• Will be required to keep the isles full and straightened at all times.
• Will be trained to order the isles that are assigned and keep them full.
• Schedule will be Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday. These days are required.

• Maintains a clean and neat work area.
• Unloads groceries from customers’ shopping carts.
• Ability to operate cashier equipment/systems.
• Carries or carts groceries to customers’ cars.
• Performs all essential job functions at an acceptable level of speed and accuracy.
• Performs all essential job functions with limited supervision.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Follows dress code.

• Works well with others.
• Speaks English fluently.
• Eyesight corrected to 20/20.
• Hearing corrected to normal range.
• Possesses full range of motion on shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and feet.
