• Increase revenue by introducing members to personal training services and managing leads.
• Retain personal training clients through excellent customer service & follow-up.
• Undergo reporting and implementation of course correction to maximize client results.
• Work with all department heads to deliver on brand promise.
• Receive complimentary Results Gym Membership.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current CPR.
• Certifications (One or more) – NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer Certification and/or B.S. in Exercise Science.

• 1-2 Years as a Personal Trainer preferred.
• Prior management experience in gym or retail/hospitality industry leading 3-10 employees preferred.

• Ability to work in club office; move about club floors and rooms; review, revise, and create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Regularly required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques, and procedures.
• Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
