Day in the LifeAs a Driver/Warehouse Associate you will:
- Deliver HVAC systems, parts, and accessories using a 26' box truck, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
- Load and unload materials, maintain a clean and organized vehicle, and follow all safety procedures.
- Assist with warehouse duties such as order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
- Interact with internal teams and external customers, representing the company professionally.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Previous driving experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (required).
- Current Class B CDL or higher (preferred).
- Has or willing to obtain a Medical DOT card (required).
- Forklift experience (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Physically able to perform the necessary functions, including lifting up to 50lbs.
- Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
- A team player with high integrity and safety awareness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Full-time, hourly position with most hours between 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. Additional hours may be required seasonally or for special projects.
Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage of $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, Aflac, a 401(k) plan with up to a 5% company match, PTO, profit sharing, a flexible spending account (FSA), and life insurance.
