Looking for Material Handler jobs in Morristown where every shift keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you handle materials safely, support warehouse operations, and help ensure inventory reaches the right place at the right time.

This opportunity is based on a Material Handler career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

• Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, walkie riders, and other powered industrial equipment
• Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Read and process Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and shipping activity
• Complete shipping documentation and troubleshoot shipment issues
• Communicate with drivers and customers regarding incoming and outgoing loads
• Scan and maintain shipping records in document management systems
• Support warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Follow all safety, quality, and security procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse-related duties as needed

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

• Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.

• Experience in warehouse shipping and receiving preferred
• Prior forklift or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Previous dispatch experience is a plus
• Experience with JD Edwards preferred
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and OSHA regulations is a plus
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
