The Access Therapist coordinates services for clients that are experiencing a mental health crisis. The clinician works with clients to develop treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions to support clients in engaging in immediate services while also supporting thorough intake assessment for long-term services. The clinician is responsible to coordinate services, collaborating with other service providers, and maintaining appropriate documentation of services provided including partnering with the Mobile Crisis Team, School Based Therapeutic Services Director, School Based Clinical Services Director, and Adult Behavioral Health Director to identify clients who are in crisis.
This position will provide therapy to clients across the agency including providing sessions using the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality to clients referred by the mobile crisis team and psychiatric providers. Services offered by this position are across settings, including office, home, community, residential homes, and school. This position has a strong connection with the mobile crisis team.
