Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) – Remote / Telehealth (Vermont, USA) – Compensation: $83.00 - $95.00/hour

As a LMFT, you’ll deliver transformative, evidence‑based virtual therapy to individuals seeking real change, helping 86% of members achieve meaningful improvements within 12 weeks.

We are seeking a passionate, licensed marriage and family therapist to deliver high‑quality telehealth care within our general mental health program. Therapists may opt into specialized programs such as Suicide Prevention, Teen Program, and an upcoming Intensive Outpatient Program.

• Deliver weekly evidence‑based virtual therapy sessions via live video.
• Apply the Unified Protocol (UP) framework and CBT to guide treatment.
• Monitor client progress virtually through automated assessments and goal‑based measures.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation through our AI‑enhanced EMR.

Grow professionally with leadership support, continuous education opportunities, billing, care coordination, and participation in Suicide Prevention and Teen Therapy programs.

• 100% remote, flexible 1099 contractor positions.
• Create your own schedule (Monday–Sunday, 7 am–9 pm).

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family (MA, MS, MFT, PhD, PsyD).
• Independent clinical license (LMFT).
• Minimum 1 year of independent licensure (2+ state licenses is a big plus).
• 2+ years of recent experience delivering CBT and evidence‑based therapy to adults.
• Comfortable treating a diverse range of populations and mental health conditions.
• Tech‑savvy and enthusiastic about integrating digital solutions into clinical practice.
• Experience working with higher‑risk populations and/or adolescents preferred.
