Peri-Anesthesia Nurse Manager; PACU

Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Peri-Anesthesia Nurse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Peri-Anesthesia nursing and a proven track record in management. The Peri-Anesthesia Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Peri-Anesthesia department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing a team of skilled nursing professionals.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Peri-Anesthesia department and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage and develop a team of nursing professionals.
• Promote continuous personal growth and provide opportunities for staff development.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and other regulatory agencies and the Standards of Nursing Care and Practice.
• Serve as ambassador for Copley Hospital both on and off duty.

Employment type: Full-Time. Shifts vary; opportunities across Full-Time, Part-Time, and Temporary roles.

Compensation: Negotiable.

  3-5 years of current clinical Peri-Anesthesia experience; 1-2 years current experience in nursing leadership;
  Quality Improvement experience.
