Peri-Anesthesia Nurse Manager; PACU

Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Peri-Anesthesia Nurse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Peri-Anesthesia nursing and a proven track record in management. The Peri-Anesthesia Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Peri-Anesthesia department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing a team of skilled nursing professionals.

The Peri-Anesthesia Nurse Manager is accountable for continuous personal growth and development as well as encouraging and providing opportunities for staff to gain expertise. This candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, problem identification and resolution abilities. The Nurse Manager is responsible for meeting the standards set forth by CMS and other regulatory agencies and the Standards of Nursing Care and Practice.

They will serve as an ambassador for Copley Hospital while on and off duty.

This is aFull-Time position (PT options available).

Education Required:

BSN / BS (or currently enrolled in program)

Education Desired:

MS / MSN

Experience Required:

3-5 years of current clinical Peri-Anesthesiaexperience; 1-2 years current experience in nursing leadership;
Quality Improvement experience.
