• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• ER experience or acute care background preferred.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications preferred.

• Triage and assess patients upon arrival.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and follow‑up care.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives in the ER.
