Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT, is looking for a Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our team!

Copley’s Inpatient Med Surg Unit is a 21 bed acuity-adaptable unit serving medical/surgical and progressive care patients. The scope of service includes providing post-operative surgical care for patients who have undergone orthopedic joint replacements, abdominal surgery, genitourinary surgery, as well as medical management for diabetic, cardiac, gastrointestinal , trauma , neurological , and respiratory patients requiring admission. Patients may be monitored by telemetry.

Progressive care patients need close monitoring and frequent assessment, but who aren't unstable enough to require ICU care. Delivery of age specific, direct patient care. The RN provides nursing care to patients utilizing the Nursing process and within the framework of the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care. The RN assumes leadership responsibilities, which includes delegation of work to other levels of employees.

Compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care.

Varied Days/shifts and weekends.

This is a Per Diem position(FT/PT options available).

Copley Hospital has a variety of shifts available across Full-Time, Part-Time, and Temporary needs. Please consider applying to discuss how your availability may align.

Compensation: $/hour.

The posted salary reflects base compensation for candidates with limited experience. An offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. An offer of employment may be outside of the posted range based on those factors.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (or certification equilavent).
• Minimum of one year experience preferred.
• Current Vermont licensure and BLS.
