Role specifics and benefits
  • Core responsibilities: Provide direct patient care for medical‑surgical with telemetry patients, including assessment, developing and updating care plans, administering medications, monitoring vitals and telemetry data, identifying and escalating changes in patient status, and collaborating with physicians, PAs, APRNs, therapy teams, and case managers. You’ll contribute to discharge planning, patient education, wound and IV management, infection control practices, and accurate documentation in the electronic health record.

    You’ll also participate in daily huddles, ensure safety protocols, and uphold quality metrics that drive positive patient outcomes.
  • Professional growth: This assignment offers structured opportunities for skill enhancement in telemetry interpretation, complex wound and post‑operative care, and advanced nursing assessments.
