Overview

Soccer Shots RDU is seeking a self-driven, positive, and organized person with strong communication skills and a passion for children. We are looking for an individual who wants to contribute to a growing small business in the pursuit of building “Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game.” Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8. We strive to encourage the development of soccer skills, teamwork, a healthy lifestyle, and character growth.

We work onsite at preschools, daycare centers, and parks all over the RDU area. Soccer Shots is in need of administrative support in our RDU office.

• Communicating directly with customers via email and phone
• Updating our registration system with new locations and classes
• Maintaining back office software
• Communicating and maintaining staff schedules and office calendar
• Invoicing and collections
• Maintaining the office
• Coaching at multiple of your own assigned locations

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; effective organizational/administrative skills
• Ability to pass a Federal and State background check and FBI fingerprinting
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Passion for the mission of Soccer Shots
• Computer/application skills (Microsoft Office, MacOS, Google Suite)

• Some secondary education
• Familiarity with Mac products and operating systems
• Previous experience with the sport of soccer
• Experience in early education development
• Document/graphic design experience
