Veeva Vault Clinical Product Manager

The Veeva Vault Clinical Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Veeva Vault Clinical applications. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical operations, clinical data management, and the overall clinical trial process. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, product specification, development, and go-to-market strategies.

Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical trials.

Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Work with engineering teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of product releases.

Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for product differentiation.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related queries and issues.

Provide training and support to sales and customer support teams to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and support the product.

Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product and address any issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the product development process.

Additional Responsibilities:

To develop and deliver detailed solutions through consulting project activities.

To perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions.

To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of client-specific solutions.

To design, structure, and deliver reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.

To cultivate successful customer relationships.
