Position DescriptionThe Infrastructure Services Insight Analyst will report to and work closely with the Director of ISG Services Sales Operations and Strategy Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves organizing complex processes, and enjoys turning data into actionable insights. Serving as a key partner to keeping leadership aligned for business cadences and executive reviews within Lenovo's Services & Solutions Group (SSG).
The position will be a trusted partner to the leadership team—helping streamline communication, improve organization, and drive efficiency across the business.
From day one the Infrastructure Services Insight Analyst will have an immediate impact on the leadership team's productivity. This role is all about partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to keep the business growing through regular Business Management System (BMS) reviews and cadences. Driving growth by boosting Lenovo's services offerings attach and penetration rates on Infrastructure hardware business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global, matrixed organizations—someone who can craft clear, strategic presentations and ask the right questions to unlock productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Turn data into actionable insights for leadership reviews, making complex information clear and meaningful
- Keep reporting clean and accurate, ensuring data integrity across Business Units, Geo teams, and HQ partners like Finance, Sales Operations, and Delivery
- Validate inputs received for clarity and confidence, asking the right questions to ensure business needs are addressed
- Partner closely with leadership to track progress and communicate updates on key strategic goals
- Build strong, consistent relationships with extended leadership teams to keep everyone aligned and informed
- Identify potential challenges early and address them before they become roadblocks
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and share recommendations that make a real impact across the organization
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations & Reporting
- Well-versed in as-a-Service tracking, metering, reporting, and analysis
- Strong technical skill set in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI
- Knowledge of financial effects on P&L from changes in subscription/metering/renewal changes
- High level of oral and written communication, including presenting in public
- Ability to gather input and build executive presentations
- Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally
- FP&A experience
- Technology industry experience. IT Services Experience a ++
