Connect is looking for a Director of Sales to accelerate our sales efforts.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to lead our growth efforts ideal candidate will be an outgoing strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue, managing high-performing sales teams, and cultivating strong customer relationships. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our target markets.
Domain experience selling to senior living communities is a must.

Connect at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products, generate new business, and cultivate relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a technology, senior living or healthcare-related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Experience working with a startup is a plus.
- Knowledge of the senior living or healthcare industry is a must.
