Responsibilities:
  • Partner with SMEs, stakeholders, and customers to gather, analyze, and validate requirements aligned to business and user needs.
  • Define and document features, use cases, and functional specs; clarify and approve user stories.
  • Use generative and agentic AI to streamline product definition (feature creation, backlog grooming, stakeholder updates, workflow optimization).
  • Apply responsible AI practices (privacy, security, human review, traceability) and mitigate risks (bias, hallucinations, IP).
  • Evaluate and standardize AI tools and workflows using defined success metrics.
  • Benchmark product capabilities against competitors and industry standards.
  • Manage non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in partnership with QARA.
  • Act as domain SME across engineering, UX, and product teams.
  • Support sales and bid efforts (RFPs/tenders) with scope and strategy input.
  • Own backlog prioritization, balancing dependencies, risk, and value delivery.
