As a Customer Service Reliability Rep, you'll provide exceptional customer support by phone, for all of Spectrum's connectivity services including troubleshooting internet, video, and/or voice service issues and handling basic billing inquiries and payments. Every day, your work will connect people in ways that matter and make a positive impact on our subscribers and the company.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum one year of call center or equivalent experience
- Customer service/technical support experience;
Call Center Experience;
Cable operations and/or telecommunications experience
