Details
  • Toll Architecture, a national full-service Toll Brothers company, seeks an Architectural Associate for our division office in Morrisville, North Carolina.
What is the opportunity?

This is an entry-level position providing customer service and partnering with Architecture employees for document management, data management, and special projects. Responsibilities include coordinating construction documents, marketing materials, and permit drawings from outside Architects, Engineers, and vendors.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop skills in Architecture through practice and instruction.
  • Check artwork and marketing materials against construction documents and community standards/colors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project schedules.
  • Maintain Architectural files using M-Files and perform monthly audits.
  • Enter and maintain architectural metadata in Toll's systems from construction documents.
  • Maintain charts for Operations and Architecture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to listen to departmental needs and manage external files and data.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow directions from multiple team members.
  • Develop and communicate goals aligned with the company's mission.
  • Results-driven and solution-oriented.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work across departments and build relationships.
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Architecture/Engineering, 0-3 years' experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Architecture degree.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and general computer skills.
