We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to coordinate field service activities, optimize resource utilization, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role is essential to the success of our Service Delivery organization and directly impacts our ability to deliver high-quality service to clients nationwide.

• Schedule and Coordinate Field Services
• Schedule inspections, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation work for field technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate recurring service visits in accordance with customer contracts and service agreements.
• Balance technician availability, geographic routing, workload capacity, and customer priorities.
• Adjust schedules as needed due to weather conditions, site access restrictions, emergency requests, or operational changes.
• Build efficient daily routes to minimize travel and nonproductive time.
• Balance workloads across crews and geographic service areas
• Support Service Delivery Operations
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers, Account Managers, and Operations teams to ensure work is completed on time.
