Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer for a Direct Hire job with a client in Morrisville NC
. Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Automotive industry.
Salary Range: $100K to $115K
;
The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology Degree OR Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Degree
Professional experience/Training:
- Minimum of two years of experience as a team leader or senior engineer for multiple new product industrialization projects for electric motor driven devices and design/development of electronically commutated motor (ECM) products
- Five years exposure to mid to high volume, customized product manufacturing
- Three years of participation on a cross-functional product development team responsible for marketing, product design, and production implementation phases.
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or TS 16949 quality systems requirements. Up to 20% international and domestic travel required.
- Must have knowledge of component and equipment design using 3D CAD software. Familiarity with design and process failure modes and effects analysis.
