Acara Solutions is seeking a Semiconductor Process Technician to join our client on a year long contract opportunity located in Morrisville NC.

First Shift Mon-Fri 8AM - 4PM

$32hr. payrate

Possible temp to hire

• Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate and maintain semiconductor processing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor process parameters and equipment performance to ensure consistency and quality in semiconductor production.
• Sample Handling: Handle delicate, small samples with precision and care, adhering to strict cleanroom protocols.
• Quality Control: Perform inspections of semiconductor devices using microscopic equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Documentation: Document process results, discrepancies, and actions taken for quality control and analysis.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, collaborating with engineers and technicians to improve processing techniques.

Required Skills /

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment operation.
