Delta Electronics Americas is hiring to own the test strategy for the full microgrid control stack, from firmware to EMS. You will build and run HIL test benches on RTDS, automate regression, and produce evidence for UL 1741-SB and IEEE , plus FAT/SAT for customers and utilities.
You will design test plans for islanding, black start, ride-through, and EMS dispatch, and develop regression pipelines with Python, Test Stand, and Azure Dev Ops.
