Job OverviewAs the Director, CSO FP&A, you will apply your leadership and financial expertise to support senior business and finance leaders. In this role, you are responsible for driving comprehensive financial analysis to inform planning, budgeting, strategic decision making, and overall performance of the Customer Support Organization, including Professional Services, Renewals, and Customer Services organizations. You’ll serve as the primary finance business partner for the CSO Senior Vice President, providing actionable insights and stewardship of worldwide resources while ensuring governance of the profit and loss (P&L) statement.
Beyond business partnering, you will manage the CSO P&L, oversee the support revenue, Professional Services P&L, Customer Service COGS/Opex, and Renewal bookings/revenue, and maintain objectivity and stewardship on behalf of finance.
Responsibilities- Manage the CSO P&L, developing recommendations and action plans to ensure revenue and contribution margin targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Prepare detailed analysis and commentary explaining variances and trends within the P&L.
- Lead investment evaluation and prioritization, set strategic direction, and allocate resources to meet financial objectives.
- Oversee financial considerations of Services Portfolio changes, new services introduction, viability of existing offerings, and Services impacts of new Product offerings.
- Identify market opportunities and determine appropriate business and financial strategies to capitalize on them.
- Work closely with regional (Geo) teams and other FP&A groups to drive process excellence and ensure alignment of outcomes.
- Lead financial analysis activities for the area: interpret the root causes of financial results, investigate variances, and develop remediation or investment plans as needed.
- Coach, develop, and retain a diverse and inclusive team.

The target salary range for this position is $198,900 – $295,900 USD. The final compensation package will be determined by candidate location, qualifications, experience, and education, and may vary. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, retirement or pension plans, paid time off, performance‑based incentives, stock purchase plans, and restricted stock units, with local variations governed by applicable laws.
