What You Will Be Doing:

The Senior Project Manager works to bring a unified project management presentation to the client, monitoring and reporting on the various implementations as they move through the requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training phases of their respective implementations. They will set deadlines, provide feedback and communicate with clients about the status of their project. Additionally, the successful Senior Project Manager will understand the intricacies of each project and adapt the project plan accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Sending weekly statuses, meeting with client project managers weekly and hosting/documenting monthly stakeholder calls.
  • Work through all client escalations routed their way. They will work closest with the Product and Data Implementation Managers as they implement financial services compliance SaaS products for Reg Ed clients.
  • Work with Implementation Managers to gather status updates and update combined project plans (Because clients often purchase more than one solution, multiple Implementation Managers may be engaged with a client at once.)
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients as they move through complex multiple‑product implementations that can last for several months; provide guidance to the client and elevate concerns that you are not able to resolve to management of the Implementation team.
  • Manage project plans to meet implementation time‑frames and budget directives.
  • Manage client meetings effectively and efficiently, engaging multiple stakeholders.
Must Have:
  • 10+ years project management experience required; software implementation or similar experience preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Project, Outlook, Word and Excel, required.
  • Strong communication skills (internal and client audiences); consistent, positive attitude; professional, responsive, results‑oriented, effective problem solver who seeks to understand how issues arise and prevent them from recurring; natural leader/driver.
Nice To Have:
  • PMP certification desired.
  • Knowledge of the securities and insurance industries a plus.
