• Support clients with everyday tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional encouragement to promote well-being.
• Dispense prescribed medications and keep track of clients’ health status.
• Ensure clients’ surroundings are clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Keep accurate records of the care provided and report any changes in clients’ condition.
• Work together with healthcare professionals and family members to deliver thorough care.
• Take part in ongoing training programs to improve caregiving skills.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to protect clients’ safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; home care certification is a plus.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is highly valued.
• Must be compassionate, patient, and genuinely interested in helping others.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Successful completion of background and drug screenings is necessary.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
