Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a global medical device company in Morrisville, NC. This role is onsite Monday – Friday from 9 am – 6 pm. The company offers a competitive benefits and PTO package. The HR Administrator will support Human Resources and Accounting/Finance functions. ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting positions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including new-hire paperwork, orientations, and exit processes.
- Help process payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, compensation updates, and benefits deductions.
- Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and general procedures.
- Track attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping adjustments.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and all applicable labor laws.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile invoices, receipts, vendor statements, and payment records.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate financial entries.
- Process employee expense reimbursements.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve billing or payment inquiries.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, accounting, or administrative roles, or a related degree.
- Working knowledge of HR procedures and employment laws.
- Basic accounting skills and familiarity with financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR/payroll systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- SAP experience
- Korean language skills (a plus, but not required)
