As a senior leader within Global Total Rewards & Performance, you will champion and operationalize a world‑class compensation strategy for a complex, rapidly evolving people‑services organization. You will oversee compensation strategy, design, governance, and end‑to‑end execution across a global workforce, partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment with values, market realities, and business economics.
What You’ll Lead Compensation Strategy & Design- Develop and deliver a global compensation strategy reflecting a people‑services business model.
- Build and manage compensation frameworks, job architecture, salary structures, pay‑for‑performance programs, and governance models across 60 countries.
- Apply AI, automation, and predictive analytics to enhance modeling, scenario planning, pay transparency, and scalability.
- Ensure programs support growth across diverse business units.
- Design and deliver a global manager education strategy.
- Train managers on compensation fundamentals, business economics, and their impact on revenue, margin, utilization, and performance.
- Develop scalable tools and learning materials for consistent, financially sound decisions.
- Embed compensation literacy into leadership development, talent processes, and onboarding.
- Oversee global annual compensation cycles with precision and operational excellence.
- Strengthen governance and decision frameworks for consistency, equity, risk management, and regulatory alignment.
- Implement streamlined processes for global harmonization while respecting local requirements.
- Present strategic recommendations to the CHRO, CFO, and CEO.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing global team.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across all units.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to embed strategy into talent initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships for benchmarking, analytics, and cycle management.
- Drive enterprise‑wide compensation transformation, global harmonization, and digital/AI enablement.
- Lead through evolving market realities and complex labor markets.
- Champion simplicity, transparency, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- 10–15+ years of progressive compensation leadership in a global, matrixed people‑services or professional services organization.
- Proven success scaling compensation strategies across US, India, and international markets.
- Experience training people managers on compensation fundamentals and business economics.
- Track record of building and leading high‑performing global teams.
- Deep expertise in design, job architecture, benchmarking, governance, and cycle execution.
- Experience in large‑scale transformation or harmonization initiatives.
- Strong partnership skills and executive presence.
- Curiosity and comfort with AI, automation, and emerging digital tools.
- Mindset grounded in excellence, continuous improvement, agility, and impact.
- Lead compensation in a high‑growth people‑services enterprise that impacts business performance and value creation.
