** Overview:
**** We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide both in-person and remote technical support to end users. This hybrid role combines hands-on troubleshooting with remote assistance via inbound calls.
**** Responsibilities:
*** Provide onsite desktop support 3 days per week in Morrisville, NC
* Deliver remote support 2 days per week via inbound phone calls
* Perform basic break/fix services for end users
* Handle email, Azure, and identity administration tasks, including password resets
* Occasionally complete tasks outside standard working hours
** Requirements:
*** Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft environments including Azure and identity management#### Requirements
