Job Summary:
Net App, a multi-billion dollar technology leader and highly sought-after employer, is adding a Senior Counsel to join its award-winning legal department. The successful candidate will support the company’s product legal functions. S/he will be responsible for providing legal support to Net App's on-premise, enterprise, software platforms, and hybrid cloud data management systems. This attorney will work closely with the Company’s technical and business organizations to support their products and services.
This position is based in the Company’s San Jose, CA or Raleigh, NC or Vienna, VA and is a hybrid role (2 days in office per week).
We are looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy, attorney with at least 8 years of experience in hardware, software, on-premise, and hybrid cloud high-tech industries.
