Position SummaryThe Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist for Vascular & Emergency Medicine will be responsible for driving customer engagement and lead generation through impactful digital marketing campaigns, ongoing analytics, and effective use of digital marketing platforms. This role requires extensive cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing Communications (Mar Com), Product Marketing, Clinical and Medical Affairs, Legal/Compliance, Regulatory, and other key departments. The individual will also be expected to contribute positively to the corporate culture, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. These strategies encompass the Teleflex Vascular & Emergency Medicine website, product microsites, social media, marketing automation platforms, and customer relationship management platforms among others.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and insights and recommend adjustments to the strategy based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business and marketing goals.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to continuously innovate and improve digital marketing tactics.
- Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, social media, email marketing, and SEO, SEM among others.
- Plan and execute, either directly or through an external partner, email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and optimized for maximum performance.
- Develop, share and maintain a digital marketing calendar; coordinate as necessary with Marketing Communications (Mar Com), Product Marketing and other teams as needed.
- Create text copy for digital platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Linked In publications, and You Tube videos, ensuring accuracy in claims and consistency in messaging.
- Oversee content creation for digital platforms, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing / Product Managers to develop high‑quality digital marketing materials.
- Monitor content performance, recommending and implementing adjustments to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines, SOPs and corporate brand standards.
- Track and report on KPIs for digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, DAM and CRM systems to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and use data‑driven insights to improve conversion rates and overall marketing performance.
- Leverage Excel and Looker Studio to create reports and dashboards.
Collaboration:
- Act as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless integration of digital marketing efforts.
