The Senior Information Security Governance Analyst strengthens the organization’s security posture by managing the cybersecurity policy governance framework, driving governance initiatives and leading a company‑wide security awareness program. The role combines governance expertise with exceptional communication to influence leadership and inspire internal stakeholders.

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity governance framework.
• Develop, publish, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines, and SOPs.
• Lead multiple governance initiatives concurrently, ensuring alignment and delivering expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure policies comply with local and global laws and industry standards.
• Monitor policy adherence and address non‑compliance issues promptly.
• Execute cybersecurity awareness campaigns and measure effectiveness to continuously improve engagement.
• Coordinate internal and external cybersecurity audits, maintain audit documentation and respond to findings.
• Develop and deliver responses to customer RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs related to cybersecurity and data protection.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, communication, or related field. Relevant certifications such as PMP, CRISC, CISA are desirable.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity governance with proven project management.
• Knowledge of developing and governing cybersecurity policy frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices and technologies; experience in governance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and explain complex concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, HITRUST, FDA regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Salary range: $80,600 – $145,000 annually. Benefits include health (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) match, employee stock purchase plan, commission/bonus opportunities, and paid time off.
