About this opportunity Associate Master Data Management Developer The Data & Analytics team has an exciting opportunity for new college graduate as an Associate Master Data Management Developer. In this role, you will contribute to building a highly scalable platform based on Reltio MDM and working closely with solution architect, developers, and data stewards.

After your training period, this role will evolve to:
Design, implement and maintain customer master solution built on Reltio MDM software. Serve as subject matter expert for data mapping, integrations, and technical solution. Collaborate closely with the technical architect(s) to define systems landscape for customer master to connect data flows across all Align Data systems. Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support the customer master requirements. Implement data migration strategies working closely with technical leaders across various systems.

Develop and execute data migration strategies, test plans. In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, accounting, computer science or a related discipline is required. At least 3 months of experience using Java or Python.

Experience with GCP stack Understanding of global/regional data privacy and compliance regulations – GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, PIPL Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling and leverage these skills to ensure consistent and efficient application of technologies. Ability to interface with, and gain the respect of, stakeholders at all levels and roles in the company. Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations Display intellectual curiosity and integrity Sound like a good fit?
