As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Rubrik, you will provide enterprise-level technical support to customers via various channels, ensuring their data remains protected and available. You'll diagnose and resolve complex issues in Rubrik products and customer environments, focusing on backup, recovery, replication, and cloud data management. Collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors is essential to deliver value to customers.
Responsibilities:- Independently diagnose and resolve problems in Rubrik products and customer environments (Linux, Windows, VMware).
- Troubleshoot networking and cloud connectivity issues using tools like Wireshark.
- Create knowledge-base articles for internal and external use.
- Participate in on-call/shift rotations.
- Recreate customer issues in the lab and review documentation.
- Develop tools for analyzing logs and performance data.
- Handle technical support cases, escalating unresolved issues.
- Work with third parties on interoperability.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Ensure proper recording and closure of issues.
- Design and document support processes and training materials.
- Manage top accounts and address complex technical issues.
- 10+ years of enterprise technical support experience in storage or backup, including snapshots, replication, data recovery, networking, and VMware administration.
- Strong Linux/Unix command-line experience.
- Technical working experience with VMware, backup technologies, and networking.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Experience in Microsoft Enterprise Applications, Databases, Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Private Cloud Platforms), Storage (NAS and SAN).
- US Citizenship
- Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl, Power Shell).
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with installation, deployment, troubleshooting, configuration, and tuning of enterprise applications.
- Experience delivering high-touch customer experience.

US Pay Range
$119,500--$179,300 USD
