Location: Morrisville, NC – Hybrid (office in NC, remote options).

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, resolving issues and maximizing platform value.
• Respond promptly through phone, chat, email, web, and social media channels.
• Maintain accurate interactions in Salesforce; de‑escalate conflicts and drive continuous improvement.
• Follow up diligently to ensure a seamless support experience.
• Collaborate with teammates, share knowledge, and mentor new hires during onboarding.

• Client Relationship Management experience – understand client needs and drive long‑term success.
• Client discovery – assess challenges and identify fitting solutions.
• CRM tool proficiency – track interactions and manage cases in Salesforce.
• Deep knowledge of Relias Platform – troubleshoot issues and optimize client efficiency.
• Relias Product expertise – understand and troubleshoot product use to meet client needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience with a Customer Relationship Management tool.
• Proficient in Spanish (read, write, speak).
