Summary:

Senior engineer responsible for advanced solution architecture, project leadership, infrastructure design, and highest-level technical escalations.

• Design and implement complex M365 and Entra AD configurations including email security, conditional access, Zero Trust models, and tenant‑wide policy management
• Architect and deploy network solutions (firewalls, switches, access points, SDWAN architecture)
• Strong understanding of OSI model
• Lead and execute major projects such as tenant migrations, server decommissioning, builds, SharePoint/cloud file storage migrations
• Develop automation solutions and optimize RMM configuration to reduce manual workloads
• Oversee backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring alignment with nonprofit compliance requirements
• Investigate security incidents and support implementation of best practices
• Serve as final technical escalation point for all system administrators

Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator or Security Engineer, Veeam VMCE, Ubiquiti UBWA, Meraki specialist certifications, advanced security certifications (CySA+, CASP+) or relevant experience.
