Summary:

Senior technical resource responsible for complex troubleshooting, infrastructure administration, project execution, and advanced configuration of client environments.

• Conduct advanced root-cause analysis and resolve issues escalated from System Administrator II
• Provide tenant-level M365 expertise including advanced mail routing, SharePoint site structure, conditional access policy troubleshooting, security configuration, and advanced Defender investigations
• Comfortable working with DNS (internal and external), MX records and SSL certs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable supporting infrastructure wide Layer 2 and 3 networking
• Comfortable deploying networking infrastructure (Firewall, Access points, switches)
• Develop and maintain scripting-based automation for RMM tasks and onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Lead small to medium-sized client projects including migrations, network refreshes, and server-to-cloud transitions
• Document advanced processes and provide internal training for System Administrator I and II personnel
• Participate in scoping discussions with account management to support solution design

Microsoft 365 Security Administrator (SC-300), Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA Security+, Ubiquiti UEWA/UBWA, Meraki advanced certifications.
