Description and Requirements Responsibilities- Own endtoend SKU/PN & catalog enablement for NA. Drive creation, configuration, and publication of new and changed parts across Lenovo's selling systems (e.g., LPC, Smart Find, LPH, LBPE, Pro Store, ECC Admin Console), ensuring attributes, compliance flags, and routetomarket readiness for U.S. & Canada.
- Administer price strategy & guardrails. Coordinate list/street price updates, mass changes, and CPM automation; ensure NA price visibility by partner type and channel is consistent with catalog controls.
- Enable launch readiness through the Concord/Enablement framework. Plan and execute enablement for offerings/capabilities, following Lenovo's staged framework (Incubation Scalable Hero Building Blocks), with clear RTM, business model, and operational handoffs.
- Localization & market fit for U.S./Canada. Ensure attributes, price files, regulatory flags, warranty SKUs, and channel eligibility reflect NA policy and country specifics.
- Data quality & publishing SLAs. Define and uphold data completeness, validation checks, and publishing timelines; establish proactive monitoring and defect triage across NA catalogs.
- Cross functional orchestration. Run regular forums with Offering Managers, Pricing, Sales Ops, Channel, and IT to align on incoming changes (NPI, LCM, price actions), resolve blockers, and communicate readiness to field/partners.
- Controls & compliance. Keep price visibility and catalog terminology consistent across LPH/LBPE to meet legal and partner type expectations; steward changes with stakeholders.
- Insight & reporting. Build dashboards for enablement SLA, publishing defects, pricing exception rate, margin adherence, and launch cycle time; recommend continuous improvements based on trend data.
- Domain expertise: at least 3 years in Product Operations/Enablement, Catalog, Pricing, or PLM within PC and/or Server businesses; strong grasp of CTO/MTM/SKU, BOM structures, and lifecycle management.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance
- Cost & price acumen:
Practical knowledge of costed BOM, cost adders, list vs. street price, margin/GTN guardrails, and price automation (CPM). - Systems fluency (preferred):
Quotation Systems, Product Management Systems;
Proficiency with Excel/Power Query; experience with ERP (SAP/ECC) and CRM (Salesforce) a plus. - Execution & collaboration:
Proven track record delivering complex enablement across multiple teams, with strong project management, change control, and stakeholder communication.
