Description and RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design and implementation of AI-related solutions, covering business scenarios such as content generation, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and intelligent correction.
- Lead AI project activities including requirement gathering, pain point identification, use case definition, prioritization, and PoC execution to ensure technical delivery and business value.
- Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, data teams, and external partners to drive integration and application of AI platforms (e.g., AI Verse, Intelli Data, AI Force). < الفيلم />
- Participate in processes such as AI platform access requests, data security compliance, and model deployment to ensuregestion of AI applications.
- Stay up to date with AI industry trends and propose innovative applications to enhance the intelligence level of business processes.
- Lead the process design and solution implementation for channel related corporate digital systems (CPQ, Order, Channel Data, etc), optimizing business process opportunities and building best-in-class partner journey.
- Manage full lifecycle projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery of business value on time and with quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including channel partners, business owners, business analysts and IT teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, stakeholder communications and product adoption.
- Implement and manage project changes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Project Management or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in business analyst, technical consulting or project management.
- Experience on leading product implementation for data analytics and AI is required.
- English is working language. Strong communication, listening, presentation, and persuasion skills (especially for sales roles).
- 2+ years as Scrum Master or Product Owner preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead virtual teams across geographies.
- Experience in Hi-tech industry domains such as Sales, Marketing.
