Investors Title is looking for a Senior Project Manager who believes in agile values and has a passion for process optimization and driving efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large‑scale projects from inception to completion. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.

• Manage internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects
• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost by documenting requested changes, assessing impact, and preparing appropriate documentation
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Actively build and manage relationships with teams, business partners, leadership, relevant stakeholders and vendors.
• Drive alignment and ensure a shared understanding among diverse stakeholder groups, taking full ownership of cross‑functional coordination
• Foster a highly collaborative project environment across business and technical teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with commonly used project management methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Smartsheet, or Azure Dev Ops
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and navigate organizational complexity
• Skilled in facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus

• PMI-ACP, Scrum, or SAFe certification
• Experience managing complex technical projects
• Experience in title insurance, real estate, or mortgage banking industries and/or software
