The Sr. Director, Electric Product Management leads Xylem’s Electric strategy, driving profitable growth and innovation across global product lines. This role owns the full product lifecycle — from roadmap definition to market launch and end-of-life — while ensuring customer‑centric solutions and industry leadership. As a highly visible leader, you will represent Xylem’s vision externally, foster a culture of innovation internally, and deliver measurable impact to communities across North America.

• Define and execute global product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead a high‑performing team in developing positioning, value propositions, and launch plans.
• Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product development priorities.

• Develop pricing strategies and margin targets.
• Partner with sales and marketing to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Oversee product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and optimize product lines.
• Ensure timely, well‑resourced product launches with supporting materials.

• Represent Xylem at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
• Drive thought leadership through white papers, presentations, and internal and external communications.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to build compelling value propositions.

• Inspire and develop a high‑performing team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Drive industry confidence as a key senior leader of Xylem Electric.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in product management, electric utilities or related fields.
• Strong background in pricing, lifecycle management, and competitive analysis.
• Experience with AI‑driven integration or digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams across North America; up to 35% travel required.
