As an Operations Manager at EDS, you are the driving force behind your location’s success. You support your team, manage job sites, and ensure high‑quality results, keeping projects on track and the team aligned. You lead locally while staying connected with our Charlotte office. • Oversee the daily operations of your location to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Coach, support, and guide your local team to deliver high‑quality results.
• Conduct interviews and manage hiring needs for your location.
• Train and onboard new employees to align with EDS standards and values.
• Serve as the main contact for facility‑related needs and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and team performance.
• Ensure all EDS processes, policies, and initiatives are followed.
• Communicate key updates, performance metrics, and challenges to the Charlotte office.
• Represent EDS in the local market and uphold our brand and values.

• Have 7+ years in a leadership role in construction, restoration, or a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Are a strong communicator who can lead, motivate, and mentor teams.
• Thrive on solving problems and improving systems.
• Understand project management, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Know how to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Are organized, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.

• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time, on‑call as needed. Monday–Friday with potential nights/weekends depending on projects.

  Raleigh, NC (with occasional travel as needed)
• Base Salary: $85,000–$105,000
• Bonus:
  Based on individual and company performance
• Company Vehicle:
  Provided (including gas & maintenance)
