Field Services - Onsite Delivery Lead ISS

Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• End to end responsibility for onsite delivery cost
• End to end responsibility for onsite delivery customer experience
• Harmonizing the onsite delivery (IT and processes) across the Geos, BGs and segments
• Optimize the service levels based on customer requirements focusing on cost and CX
• One team – strong collaboration with the Geo teams for best practice sharing, local & global innovation and initiatives
• Manage global onsite delivery partners in collaboration with procurement and Geo focals
• Supporting Geos in managing local independent service partners (partner management framework)

Basic Requirements:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Functional skills:
  Proven success in Services org managing Depots
• Excellent Project Management, Analytical Thinking and Data-driven mentality
• Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions
• Self-motivated and eager to take ownership of ambiguous tasks to ensure success
• Ability to build relationships with cross‑functional colleagues and inspire others to achieve a common objective
• Ability to handle multiple, time‑sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered
• Openness and enthusiasm for working across different cultures
