Services - Consumer Lead ISS PCSD

Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities

• End to end responsibility for PCSD cost
• End to end responsibility for PCSD customer experience
• Harmonizing the partner delivery (IT and processes) across the Geos
• Optimize the service levels based on customer requirements focusing on cost and CX
• Defining the service strategy for the consumer segment in collaboration with the Geos
• One team – strong collaboration with the Geo teams for best practice sharing, local & global innovation and initiatives

• 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Functional skills:
  Proven success in Services org managing Depots
• Excellent Project Management, Analytical Thinking and Data‑driven mentality
• Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions
• Self‑motivated and eager to take ownership of ambiguous tasks to ensure success
• Ability to build relationships with cross‑functional colleagues and inspire others to achieve a common objective
• Ability to handle multiple, time‑sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered
• Openness and enthusiasm for working across different cultures
