Annual Bonus

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee restoration and cleaning jobs from start to finish. You'll make sure the work is completed on time, the team has the tools and support they need, and the customer is satisfied. You'll lead the crew, communicate clearly, and solve problems as they come up.

• Communicate with Production Manager and client.
• Visit site, assess needs, and plan next steps.
• Oversee project progress, timelines, safety, and quality.
• Complete final client checks and project paperwork.
• Mentor and support technicians, ensuring accountability.

• 3–5 years in a leadership role in construction, restoration, or specialized cleaning.
• A calm, solution-oriented mindset when challenges come up.
• A hands‑on attitude and you're not afraid to jump in and support the crew.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, paperwork, and project details.
• Natural leadership that motivates and guides your team with clarity.
• A team‑first mentality and the ability to collaborate with all departments.
• Reliability, showing up, following through, and staying calm in urgent situations.

• Schedule:
  
  On‑call, Monday to Friday, with nights and weekends as needed based on project requirements
• Pay Details: $25 to $28 per hour
• Bonus:
  Based on individual and company performance
• Travel:
  As needed

• Must pass a criminal background check
