Position: Maintenance Technician (Overnight Shift)

Pay Rate: $27.30 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production assets. This position plays a key role in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance efforts, and supports continuous improvement projects across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production and facility equipment

  • Perform preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

  • Use root cause analysis tools to resolve recurring equipment issues

  • Develop training materials such as One-Point Lessons and Job Aids for line operators

  • Lead or support maintenance improvement projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors or contractors

  • Participate in and/or lead initiatives related to energy conservation, SMED, TPM, and Continuous Improvement

  • Support installation, modification, or fabrication of production equipment

  • Promote and improve safety and equipment reliability across the plant

  • Ensure OSHA compliance for all assigned machinery and maintenance tasks

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas

  • Immediately report any equipment or safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager or BUL

  • Follow all GMP and company safety regulations

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production facility

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

  • Understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  • Basic PLC and electrical troubleshooting knowledge

  • Experience with basic metal fabrication and plumbing repair

  • Ability to read and interpret manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documents

  • Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must pass Work Keys assessment
