Description

This position involves programming, technical checkout, owner training, and assisting in subcontractor coordination on Building Automation projects.
Relocation assistance to North Carolina may be available.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMonday to Friday, with on-call duties, overtime, and weekends as needed

Requires standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, working outdoors and indoors, exposure to weather, electrical hazards, noise, and chemicals.
Qualifications- Associate degree in HVAC, Computer Science, or related
- 3+ years of experience
- Knowledge of BACnet, Lon Talk, Modbus, networking
- Experience with Trane, Tridium, Teletrol, or similar controls
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass drug screening and verify employment eligibility
- Valid driver’s license
