What You'll Do:Apply and remove masking materials to electronic components under magnification—working with parts ranging from less than 1/16" to several inches. You'll operate precision equipment (coating baths, ovens, benchtop dispensers, hot glue guns) following clear instructions and established workflows. This is detail‑oriented work in a controlled environment. You'll handle electronic assemblies using proper ESD protection and contamination prevention methods, then inspect and pack finished parts.
Day-to-day:- Apply masking materials (tapes, films, etc.) to precision components
- Operate coating equipment per established procedures
- Work under magnification devices for fine detail tasks
- Follow ESD protection protocols for sensitive electronics
- Inspect and pack completed parts
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Steady hands and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working under magnification devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in electronics assembly or precision manufacturing (preferred)
- Quality inspection mindset—catching defects before they leave your station
