Salary: $760.00 - $900.00 per week

We are growing and seeking candidates for our Management program. Qualities we look for include leadership, time management skills, high standards of professionalism, positive attitude, team player, self-motivated, and regular and dependable attendance. Managers must successfully complete an eight to twelve-week paid training program involving certification in all crew positions and Serv Safe Certification, with timed skills tests, written tests, classroom sessions, and management skills.

• Participate in a management program for Tri-Arc/Bojangles and support restaurant operations
• Lead a team, ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
• Special emphasis on teamwork, energy, and enthusiasm on each shift
• Support the implementation of training and certification requirements

• Experience with Restaurant Management in the Quick Service industry with recent experience managing a team and familiarity with managing a P&L, food costs, and labor
• Must love to work in a team environment and bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Commitment to high-quality food and teamwork
• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent
• Management experience preferred (2 years)
