Full‑time position; schedule may vary 6:00 am–2:30 pm. Pay $18–$20 per hour. Internal referral bonus available.

Helps the Executive Chef prepare and cook food, coordinates cooks and other food‑service associates, and assumes responsibility for kitchen staff in the executive chef’s absence.

• Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards; meet deadlines per production orders.
• Supervise hourly food‑service associates – interview, schedule, payroll, train, counsel, review, and recommend disciplinary action when appropriate.
• Store food per corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintaining serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils; clean workstations fully before leaving area; keep display equipment clean.
• Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service‑oriented manner; relay information directly to supervisor.
• Demonstrate understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately to associates and customers.
• Keep up with peak production and service hours.
• Monitor inventory, deliveries of product and supplies; track production, consumption, and waste; inform supervisor when supplies or product are low.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior experience in catering, grill, action station, and supervisory roles.
